CODE OF ETHICS APPLICABLE IN THE AUTOPART GROUP

• General Provisions

The purpose of introducing this Code of Ethics is to shape the appropriate work culture within the Company and in the area between the Company and its environment and stakeholders. The Code includes the main principles of conduct of AUTOPART employees in the scope of broadly understood professional and social ethics, anti-discrimination and anti-corruption, ensuring the fulfillment of the Company's mission and implementation of its development strategy, as well as the satisfaction and contentment of customers, beneficiaries and business partners. Each employee is obliged to comply with the principles contained in the Code of Ethics and to promote them in everyday activities. AUTOPART undertakes to regularly inform all employees and associates about the content of the Code of Ethics and to organize training aimed at ensuring compliance of professional activities with its provisions.

We do not participate in price fixing or other activities that could constitute a violation of the above provisions. We apply customs regulations that regulate foreign trade.
